Weddings411.ca provides it’s online listing and advertising, “as is” and cannot guarantee services will be completely uninterrupted by unforeseen circumstances or outages. Who really can 100%?

We believe in free speech and are not intentionally posting content either created by Weddings411.ca or any of it’s members to offend anyone. If any of our material is found to be offensive we may remove it after review.

You get what we advertise. Bottom line! No surprises. We at Weddings411.ca believe in fulfilling all of our promises to our users and stakeholders. Our success depends on it. There is no room for any misrepresentation from our website. If any of our users misrepresent themselves on our site please let us know and they will likely not be on our site. Weddings411.ca is the platform in which you can list your businesses content and information. Weddings411.ca and Buzz Media Group will not be held liable for any copy write or trademarked property you upload to your listing. You must agree that you will agree to take full responsibility for your listings and agree to be held liable for all content, business offers and information listed within your directory.

Weddings411.ca will immediately remove all content that does violate such conditions upon request. If proof is provided that a violation has taken place it will be removed and your account cancelled. We want to create a positive and safe online environment for our users. Please use common sense when listing information online for our visitors. With Social networking it is likely you will have mixed opinions. We are not of any opinion and simply offer the environment in which you can connect with clients. It will be your responsibility to react and respond to any positive or negative opinions made by the Weddings411 users and in no way can Weddings411.ca or Buzz Media Group and any of it’s representatives be held liable for any damages. Any content posted by Weddings411 or in collaboration with local vendors belongs to Weddings411.ca or Buzz Media Group unless otherwise agreed upon on a case by case basis.

Buzz Media Group reserves the right to change these conditions at anytime. If changes need to be made we will notify our vendors if it affects their listings or provide the opportunity to provide feedback. We reserve the right to change the look and feel of our website and directory listings however the content and features our vendors enrolled for will not be changed. You will get what you invested in.

We reserve the right to remove any unwanted or nasty remarks that violate any human rights or are offensive. While we want you to have an opinion it cannot be at the risk of violating another persons rights.

All users of the website will voluntarily provide their information. We don’t spam. We don’t sell your information at any cost and we won’t do anything without your permission.
