Planning out your 16th birthday party was thrilling. Your mothers 50th birthday on the other hand, a little nerve wracking.
Sure, I guess picking a unique destination, factoring in the cost, choosing the right people and scheduling your pedicure exactly one day before your departure so the nail polish doesn’t crack when you’re out on the beach talking to Mr. Suave isn’t a tad mind-numbing, at all… YEAH RIGHT.
Planning an event – hello hard work. Planning your wedding – hello bridezilla. Choice of wardrobe, music and lights are simply, your choice. Choose wisely, plan prudently, but don’t forget to have fun with it!
Let’s be honest, this day is filled with far more lights, cameras and action. You are the star on your own stage. It is your day to shine brighter then ever. It is about being in love and celebrating your special day with the one who stole your heart and showing it off to the world…well, along with hair, makeup, dress, shoes, nails, the list goes on and on…and on.
So go ahead, be a bridezilla. In fact, this is most likely the one and only time that you can get away with it! Just remember to laugh, have fun and make time to enjoy the moment. This day is all about you, but don’t be inconsiderate either. Allow those with you to share the feeling. Acknowledge their hard work and show appreciation.
Let me now ask you – have you encountered a bridezilla?
If so, leave us a comment and be precise.
How did you overcome the situation? Please, make us laugh!
Good luck with your planning, brides!
Angie
